  • Managing inventory, food cost control, and daily line checks
  • Coordinating with FOH management and reporting to Head Chef & Manager

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with strong ethics, tact and professionalism.

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledgeable in Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
