We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Culinary education (EPI or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities include:- Staff supervision, training, and bi-weekly scheduling
- Ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Managing inventory, food cost control, and daily line checks
- Coordinating with FOH management and reporting to Head Chef & Manager
