As the face of the company, your role is to deliver amazing experiences to our guests. 
You guide our guests through the Eduardo’s experience, you will learn about our menu items and their benefits so as to assist guests in the ordering process by making recommendations. 
Assembling food, preparing coffee and smoothies according to specifications. Taking orders, processing payments, and keeping the work area clean and organized. 
Restocking produce, bottled drinks, and utensils when necessary. 

Requirements:
Previous experience in Hospitality industry preferred
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento 
Flexible working hours   
Organized, team player, and strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented


Front of House (All-Arounder):

Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food, according to standards. 
Responsible for cooking, baking, and prepping healthy cuisine with a visual waw factor, in a hot and cold kitchen. 
Wash, cut and prep all fruits and vegetables for service. 
Will gain knowledge of allergens and vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/plant-based diets. 
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working environment by sanitizing all stations, restocking items, and completing opening and closing duties.


Requirements:
Previous experience in food preparation preferred

Kitchen (All-Arounder): 

Maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment process, supporting employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and guaranteeing the seamless operation of our HR department. 
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. 
Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement programs. 
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Papiamento (Dutch and Spanish is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and properties simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
Experience in human resources roles, thorough understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations. 

HR Coordinator:

You maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas clean and sanitary.
You clean and sanitize the dishes and operate dishwashing machinery, maintaining a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
Cleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
Assist the kitchen staff when necessary with preparation.
Wash, wipe, sort, stack dishes, load/unload dishwasher and store cleaned items in an organized and safe manner. 

Requirements:
Flexible working hours (availability for different shifts, holidays, weekends)  
Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Kitchen experience is desirable
Valid working permit (If applicable)
Valid green card

Kitchen Steward

Mixing beverages (unique drinks, signature cocktails, gourmet coffees, and smoothies) using an extensive range of ingredients and methods and according to standards and recipes and customer preferences.
Serving food and beverages to guests at the bar and tables. 
Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local Health Department 
Working with POS systems, collecting money for food and beverages served and providing change as needed.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally. Satisfying patrons' requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as bartender, demonstrating a thorough understanding of mixology, liquor, cocktails.
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento 
Flexible working hours (availability for different shifts, holidays, weekends)  
Organized, team player, and strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Valid working permit (If applicable)
Valid green card

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with strong ethics, tact and professionalism.
Have the enthusiasm and a willingness to promote Eduardo's brand.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledgeable in Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
