Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR roles, proven leadership experience, and with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, employee conflict, and engagement.
A high level of accuracy and experience using HR systems and following processes
Strong knowledge of disciplinary procedures, local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with strong ethics, tact and professionalism.
Have the enthusiasm and a willingness to promote Eduardo's brand.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledgeable in Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
