Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR roles, proven leadership experience, and with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, employee conflict, and engagement.
A high level of accuracy and experience using HR systems and following processes
Strong knowledge of disciplinary procedures, local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with strong ethics, tact and professionalism.
Have the enthusiasm and a willingness to promote Eduardo's brand.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledgeable in Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.

Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food, according to standards. 
Responsible for cooking, baking, and prepping healthy cuisine with a visual waw factor, in a hot and cold kitchen. 
Wash, cut and prep all fruits and vegetables for service. 
Will gain knowledge of allergens and vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/plant-based diets. 
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working environment by sanitizing all stations, restocking items, and completing opening and closing duties.

the financial integrity of our organization.
You are responsible for efficiently managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
processes, processing bank transactions, purchasing transactions, purchase order
administration, other administrative duties, and ensuring accurate and organized financial
Records.

By implementing process improvements and fostering effective communication, you contribute to our commitment to excellence, sustainability, community engagement, and collaborative
Innovation.

Experience:
Minimum Associate’s Degree: EPI Economie, or related field
Proven accounting experience preferred.

As the face of the company, your role is to deliver amazing experiences to our guests. 
You guide our guests through the Eduardo’s experience, you will learn about our menu items and their benefits so as to assist guests in the ordering process by making recommendations. 
Assembling food, preparing coffee and smoothies according to specifications. Taking orders, processing payments, and keeping the work area clean and organized. 
Restocking produce, bottled drinks, and utensils when necessary. 

Requirements:
Previous experience in Hospitality industry preferred
Strong communication skills in English, Spanish, and Papiamento

Front of House (All-Arounder):

We’re looking for motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team! As a Warehouse Attendant, you’ll work closely with the Warehouse Leader & Team to achieve department goals while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Your role will involve optimizing workflows, assisting in production and ensuring accurate inventory management. This includes stock checks, expiration date monitoring and temperature controls.
