BAKER - MARKET ARUBA

We are looking for a service-driven and energetic team member to join as Bartender/Pool
Attendant! This role combines poolside service with bartending support, ensuring a seamless
and enjoyable guest experience. You will be responsible for attending to guests around the pool
area while assisting as bartender when needed, helping maintain consistent service and
operational flow.

Requirements:
  • 1–2 years experience in hospitality, restaurant, bar, or hotel environment
  • Bartending experience and ability to prepare classic cocktails is strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, shifts)
  • Team player with a professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be available for morning shifts
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
