Eduardo’s famous Protein Balls are a wholesome and delicious snack to boost your energy throughout the day.
They’re small and energy dense, easy to take with you anywhere! They also taste great and are packed with nutrients, such as plant-based protein, fibre, complex carbs and a range of vitamins and minerals. These protein balls will certainly keep your taste buds happy with nature’s sweetness.
Our recommendation is to make a big batch as freezing is always an option. This is an easy and great ready-to-go healthy snack.
Without further ado, let’s get to the recipe!
Ingredients:
6-8 pcs Dates
1⁄2 cup Slivered Almonds
1⁄2 cup Shredded Coconuts
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
Step 1: Soak Dates into warm water for 5 min
Step 2: Add all ingredients above into a food processor
Step 3: Roll the mixture into ideal ball shaped snack
Step 4: Enjoy! Optional to refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freezing for up to 2 months.
* Option to roll Protein Ball in shredded coconut as a coating.
