Join our dynamic team as a full-time Barista at Eduardo’s Beach Shack!

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving coffee, smoothies, and specialty beverages
Maintaining a clean and efficient workstation
Providing excellent guest service with a smile

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of barista or F&B experience
Passion for coffee, health drinks, and customer interaction
Dependable, organized, and a strong team player

BARISTA (FT) – EBS

Maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment process, supporting employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and guaranteeing the seamless operation of our HR department. 
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines. 
Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement programs. 
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, internal policies, and labor laws.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Papiamento (Dutch and Spanish is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and properties simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
Experience in human resources roles, thorough understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
