- Prepare and serve food, beverages, smoothies, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Assist with taking orders, food running, takeaway, and general service operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and detail.
- Reliability, punctuality, and initiative.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with food preparation and POS systems is beneficial.
