- Welcome guests and assist with seating and menu recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with takeaway, food running, hosting, and bar-back activities.
- Process guest payments when assigned.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility across front-of-house responsibilities.
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and professional presentation.
- At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- POS, food safety, and restaurant service knowledge are advantages.
