- Assist with the preparation and production of plant-based foods, desserts, juices, and other products.
- Follow standardized recipes, production instructions, and portion specifications.
- Wash, cut, prepare, and portion ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and product rotation.
- Follow HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and workstations.
- Assist with production planning, restocking, and minimizing waste.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Food safety and sanitation awareness.
- Good organization and time management.
- Ability to follow recipes and production procedures.
- Teamwork and effective communication.
- Productivity and consistency.
- Willingness to learn about plant-based foods and allergens.
- Previous food production, kitchen, bakery, or food preparation experience is an advantage.
- Must have valid DVG Documentation
